Intel 遭遇連番逆襲，大哥還要這樣玩下去嗎？

歐盟罰完美國罰？Intel 還要繼續這樣玩下去嗎？不知道！先讓我們將鏡頭轉到紐約！

是的！現在連美國人自己也看不下去了！紐約的檢察總長 Andrew M. Cuomo 先生，正式對 Intel 提出跟先前歐盟一樣的控訴，主要內容還是針對 Intel 長期以提供電腦製造商『返點』（rebate）的方式，來打壓 AMD，這樣顯而易見的不公平競爭行為。

而依照過去的經驗，這次 Intel 十之八九又要吐錢出來了，那些『豬頭
』其實可以考慮開個賭盤，別再去殘害咱們的職棒了；另一個對於 Intel 也算是沒多正面的消息，則是扯 Intel 後腿達人 NVIDIA（N 家：『我被扯得比較凶吧！』）所提供的消息。

根據 NVIDIA 表示，他們已經聽到了（似乎蠻肯定的）相關的消息，說 Intel 要讓自家的晶片組延後到 2011 才來支援 USB 3.0；那一票用他們家技術的主機板、電腦製造商怎麼辦？據說是自己花錢想辦法把相關的 controller 加上去。

眼見這類型的鳥事一再發生，NVIDIA 也對外疾呼，希望 CPU 的製造商可以對 Intel 施加競爭壓力，不然 Intel 繼續這樣想怎樣玩就怎樣玩，不僅對消費者、下游廠商不利，也嚴重的箝制了資訊產業的發展。
